So after I posted this look I wore to a wedding I had so many requests for the outfit and makeup details! I figured why not start doing style and look blogs more often! Here I will list everything I wore and makeup I used!

The Dress

The red off-the-should dress I picked up from Sheike! It actually isn’t a maternity dress but it sat perfectly over my baby bump! I just bought a 1-2 sizes up than what I would usually wear! I have never worn red (besides lipstick) so I was shocked how much I fell in love with it! The dress is actually a pink-toned raspberry red so it makes a spray tan look even deeper!

The Makeup

I knew right away I had to match the dress with a pink-toned red lipstick! I went over to MAC Cosmetics and picked up a lipstick called “All Fired Up” which is a retro matte finish. Here are all the products I used on my face!

Skin Prep:
MAC Strobe Cream- the best highlighting moisturise ever!
Smashbox Photo Finish Primer- works amazing to smooth out your skin and also keeps makeup in place all day

Base:

Foundation- MAC Studio Fix Fluid (I used a mix of NC20/ NC25)
Concealer- Kat Von D Lock It Concealer mixed with Tarte Shape It Concealer in Light

Powders

MAC Studio Fix Powder in C2
Laura Mercier Translucent Powder(I like to pop this over my T-Zone as I get quite oily and this helps prevents any shine).
MAC Mineralise Blush in Warm Soul
NARS Laguna Bronzer
MAC Soft + Gentle Highlight

Eyes

MAC Paintpot in Soft Ochre – as my eyeshadow base
Tartest Pro Palette- I used the shades; classic, innocent, smoked, whimsy, bold and edgy

Models Prefer Skinny Eyeliner

Brows

Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in Taupe
MAC Studio Fix Concealer in NC15- I like to use a tiny amount of this on a tapered concealer brush to sharpen up underneath my brows. The light colour also brightens the area and lifts the brows!

Lips

MAC Cherry Lipliner- I only lightly lined the lips so I wouldn’t make them too dark for the dress
MAC Fire Me Up Lipstick

Jewellery

Lovisa Rose Gold Hoop Earrings

Frankly My Dear ‘Georgia’ Rose Gold Necklace- this necklace I basically live in! I only ever take it off for a spray tan and thought it matched perfectly with the off the shoulder look of the dress.

Shoes

Now I never wear heels but I figured I never get to dress up so I went and bought these heels from Wittner and made sure they were comfy as I am pregnant and the last thing I want is sore feet carrying around this baby belly!

Wittner ‘Lyla Heel’- Powder Pink Suede

I hope you enjoyed my first “Look” blog! This is not in anyway a sponsored blog post just sharing the items I wear and love!  Let me know if you would like to see more and if you end up trying any of these pieces!!
